11. Face Data & Biometric Information
Lodify Driver may collect and process limited face data strictly for identity verification, security, and fraud prevention purposes.
11.1 What Face Data We Collect
When required, the application may capture images or short video frames of the driver's face to verify the identity of the driver, perform liveness detection checks, and prevent fraud, impersonation, and unauthorized account access. Face data is collected only at the moment of verification and only when necessary to ensure platform security, regulatory compliance, or account integrity.
11.2 How Face Data Is Used
Face data is used exclusively to confirm that the individual accessing the account is the legitimate account holder. Face data is not used for marketing or advertising, user profiling, behavioral analysis, cross-app or cross-site tracking, or training AI models unrelated to identity verification.
11.3 Storage and Retention of Face Data
Face data is processed in a secure environment and is not permanently stored on the user's device. Any temporary face data used during verification is deleted immediately after the process is completed, unless longer retention is required by law or security obligations.
11.4 Sharing of Face Data
Face data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It may be shared only with trusted identity verification service providers under strict contractual confidentiality, data protection, and security obligations.
11.5 No Biometric Identification Database
Lodify Driver does not create or maintain any biometric identification database. The application does not use face data for biometric profiling, continuous identification, facial tracking, or surveillance.
